The Boca Raton
Boca Raton is an Australian built 31ft BlackWatch, specifically designed for Big Game fishing. Powered by twin Yanmar 330PK engines, this boat achieves comfortable cruising speeds of 26 knots. Her deep V hull makes for smooth trolling speeds of 8 knots for your trip.
She has plenty of space in the cockpit for seating outside or in the flybridge if you want to keep an eye on the spread. Indoor seating if you want choose to step out of the sun and to the bow, a large padded cover turns the entire area into the ideal place for sunbathing.
Boca Raton is a Class 1, oceangoing vessel that will traverse Canaries, Madeira and Azores helping you to chase the fish of your dreams!

Boca Raton boasts a state of the art Garmin fish finder and in hull Airmar Transducer. She has recently been upgraded with an Oceangoing Navtex, is equipped with Radar, AIS, reflector, auto pilot, EPIRB and radio to ensure saftey at sea, ability to cross between Madeira, Azores and Canaries all while being able to detect fish on the sonar.
The cockpit is equipped with a Pompanette fighting chair, Seamount harness and set up to be able to run 4 lines, a shotgun and ready to pitch as well. You can expect to have 5 lines running during your trip with pitch bait lines ready should the opportunity present.
All trolling rods are full carbon with Shimano reels. Bottom fishing rods include Penns and Yokozunas and we also have an electric reel for deep dropping.
We use only the highest quality IGFA rated lines and leaders where you can expect to have your reels spooled with the best quality Momoi diamond flurocarbon line, braid and leader material. Lures are rigged with Fudo hooksets and you can expect to see lures from brands like Marlin Magic, Iland Lures, Black Barts skirted with the highest quality rubbers and vinyl and Tantrum EZ Flash.
Boca Raton uses a variety of teasers including specially designed Meldorado dredge baits and teasers.
